Brussel Sprouts - 3 Cups
Black Pepper - 1 Tsp
Garlic Salt - 1 Tsp
Salt - 1 Tsp
Olive Oil - 2 Tbsp
Bread Crumbs or Snap Pea Crisps (Ceasar) - 1/4 Cup
1 . Half or Quarter the Brussel Sprouts
2. Crush Ceasar flavored snap pea crisps in zip lock or use seasoned bread crumbs.
3. Cook brussel sprouts in a pan or skillet on low/med heat with Olive Oil, Salt, Pepper, and Garlic Salt. Stir occassionally.
4. When the brussel sprouts are brown, add a little more olive oil and sprinkle bread crumbs and parmesan.
Separate some crispier layers for thin strips
