J'Adore Explore City Guide - Park City, Utah
We visited Park City, Utah, for a September wedding for one of Mike's college friends, and it was absolutey beautiful! We stayed near Deer Valley, and had a blast doing summer mountain activities, and trying all the amazing restaurants in town. The wedding was on the mountain so we took the Gondola up, and the Alpine Slides down for a really fun and unique experience!
Park City is one of the top destinations for snow skiing and winter activities, but there is a ton to do in the off-season as well! There are 3 main, world-class ski resorts in Park City - Deer Valley Resort (skiiers only), Park City Resort (biggest), and The Canyons Resort (newest).
Park City would be a great place to go with family and to take kids with all the outdoor activities as long as the kids are tall enough to participate in the activities.

Where to Stay:
My recommendation would be to stay in a cute cabin or cottage or nice hotel lodge if you want a more traditional moutain getaway experience, or to stay at the base of a mountain if you plan to ski for convenience. Main Street is also a bustling street with a lot to do, so that would be my next choice if you are going for fun and want to be close to restaurants and bars and don't mind being a little further from the mountain. Check out St. Regis Deer Valley or Stein Erikson Lodge.
