Lake Pichola - Udaipur, India
Udaipur is known as The City of Lakes and is famous for its lakes and beautiful palaces and forts. In Udaipur we took a boat tour around Lake Pichola, a man-made fresh water lake created in 1362. The lake has two islands named Jag Niwas and Jag Mandir. We stopped on Jag Mandir, a beautiful Lake Garden Palace and explored the gardens and buildings before returning back to the shore.
