Margaux turned 3 months old 3 days before Christmas and she has been the greatest gift from the Lord we could have ever imagined!
She was too young to open any presents or understand the concept of Santa, so I had originally thought Mike and I wouldn't do gifts for her, but I couldn't bear the thought of not getting her a single gift on her first Christmas and there are just too many cute baby things so I broke down and got her a couple of fun items! I went with the cutest, mini grand piano with the hope she would learn to love music (even if she just enjoys banging on the keys for now)! We got the Doona Car Seat/Stroller for the second car, a Beaba baby food processor, and several outfits from Jacadi and Burberry! My parents got her the most darling doll house that we all justified by insisting it would be cute decoration in the playroom until she was old enough to use it! And our extended family showered her with toys, ornaments, outfits, stuffed animals and more!
Most importantly, she got to spend time being cuddled and snuggled all season long by her grandparents, great grandmother, aunts, uncles, and great aunts and uncles! She got to go to her first Christmas Eve church service, several Christmas parties with mom and dad, join in on the matching family pajamas, read all about the story of Jesus, sing Christmas carols, "help" bake gingerbread cookies and wrap gifts, and pose in cute holiday pictures!
